A Not So Called “Semester Break”
UiTM announced about five to six weeks of semester break. But to me its full of program, activities and chores to be done. At the beginning of semester break (after 2 weeks review) i got myself involved with NEXSTEC (Nexus of Sciene and Technology, UiTM) design challenge for almost 2 weeks, The Re-Development of waterfront at Tasik Biru Kundang. This competition makes me involved with other field such as civil engineer, mechanical, planners, landscape architects and many more. We learn to tackle issues from different perspectives. This competition is on hold and pending for final presentation on first and second of July.

After the NEXSTEC competition, i involved with Archustic, XXII-Architectural Student Workshop 2010 at UKM, Bangi collaborated with Taylors and Twintech College. Had a great day there with all the participants specially “anak metal”. UiTM grabs peoples attention with cheers and busking-metal style. We also won a lot of prizes there, from design to multimedia and performances too, to anak metal, your hardships are worth a try. The memories of Archustic workshop left behind with lots of sweet memories.

After workshop, 1 weeks of improper rest/vacation taken me back into Nexstec, currently finalizing the presentation board for printing. More programs are waiting ahead, Nexstec final presentation, DATUM, Archidex, New Semester…..hohohoho….
